HF measurement

Each MR system has highly sensitive antennas for its measurements. High-frequency electromagnetic interference has a negative impact on the image quality of the MR system. Calibrated antennas are used to measure these influencing factors and thus check the shielding of the RF cabin. This measurement is carried out and documented after completion of the RF cabin. The result of the measurement is made available to the customer in the form of a measurement report as proof. When converting RF cabins, this measurement is recommended in advance in order to assess whether the RF shielding still meets the specifications of the MRI manufacturer. If the specifications are not met, we will advise you in advance as to whether the RF cabin can be repaired or whether the construction of a new RF cabin should be considered.
